ESA Announces 2026 Board of Directors Election
ESA has officially announced the upcoming 2026 Board of Directors elections in accordance with ESA Bylaws. Three Integrator Director positions, one Associate Director and one National Company Director position are open for nomination and election, each serving a two-year term.
The Leadership Identification & Nomination Committee (LINC) began the candidate nomination process in January 2026, issuing a call for nominations to all ESA voting members. After careful review, the committee has confirmed a slate of qualified candidates for each open position.
ESA voting members will have the opportunity to cast their ballots starting April 21, 2026, with all votes due by May 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT. The newly elected directors will be formally installed during the ESA Annual Membership Meeting at ESX on June 1, 2026.

Integrator Director Candidates

Neil Atha – Integrator Director
President – Atronic Alarm, Lenexa, Kansas.
With over 16 years of experience in the electronic security industry, Neil Atha has been integral in the growth of Atronic. With Neil at the helm, Atronic has grown from a single location with 35 employees to more than 100 employees spanning across Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Prior to joining Atronic in 2011, Neil spent three years as a regional account manager for a Dallas-based national security integrator. During that time he gained extensive knowledge of commercial estimating and system design, including fire alarm, cameras, access control and intrusions systems. While maintaining a diversity of business and personal interests, Neil concentrates most of his efforts towards continuously improving the quality of products and services delivered by Atronic. Daily he oversees the management team, strategizes growth opportunities, acquisitions, coordinates marketing initiatives and develops company policies. Neil Atha holds a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University and is a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan. He is the President of the Kansas City Burglar and Fire Alarm Association, Treasurer for the Electronic Security Association of Missouri and is on the Board of the Kansas City Crime Stoppers and the Foundation for Advancing Security Talent. He is also an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) of Kansas City. Neil is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying his wife, Amy, and his three children around the country.

Jordan Jackson
CEO – Security Central, Denver, Colorado
Jordan is passionate about making the world a safer and BETTER place by building a successful business and thriving team on the foundation of faith-based personal and corporate core values. At the heart of those core values is a deep commitment to loving and serving others. Jordan has served on the governing boards of Westmont College, Cherry Hills Community Church, and the Colorado Burglar and Fire Alarm Association. Jordan’s favorite personal activities are dirt biking, running, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife, grown kids, and grandkids.

Randall Renfroe – Integrator Director
President / CEO – Allstate Security Industries, Amarillo, Texas
Randall has served on the Board of Directors since 2023. Renfroe has had a distinguished career with ASI, starting in 2007 as a Uniform Division Security Officer and Patrol Officer for the first two years. He demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and was soon promoted to a position at the monitoring station manager in 2009. Renfroe played a crucial role in the remodeling of the ARC and reorganizing of the department which helped to improve the overall operations of the organization. He then moved into procurement, where he implemented significant changes and improvements, and subsequently transitioned to the technical division. Renfroe progressed through the ranks in the technical division, starting as a technician and eventually becoming the service/installation manager. His exceptional performance and leadership skills led to his promotions to COO/VP, and ultimately to the position of President.

Dean Belisle – Associate Director
National Sales Trainer – DMP – Digital Monitoring Products
Dean has served on the Board of Directors since 2023. Dean has been active in the electronic Security & Fire Alarm Industry for over 40 years. He started early as a technician and then co‐founded his own successful security and life safety business. He has extensive experience in front‐line sales, sales training, program development, and he has a unique ability to custom‐fit solutions to your specific needs. He is recognized by many as an expert in the electronic Security & Fire Alarm Industry. He has often been quoted in the press and featured on the SDM magazine cover. He has consulted with legislators on the state and federal level, Michigan State Police, the Governor’s Office, Michigan Association of Chief’s of Police, and the Detroit Police Department. Dean has also served the industry as President of the Burglar & Fire Alarm Association of Michigan, a position he held for a total of 20 years. Throughout his professional career, Dean has mentored, trained, and spoken to thousands of the security industry’s best and brightest – sharing his insight and experience in the areas of sales, marketing, RMR creation, and growth. He considers these efforts to be one of his professional life’s best achievements to date.

Quentin Gunther
Program Leader – Resideo
Quentin Gunther brings 34 years of experience in the Life Safety and Electronic Fire & Security industry. He began his career as a technician in 1992 and has since worked across the industry as both a dealer and a manufacturer loyalty program leader. As a dealer, Quentin trained and managed large teams, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of building a successful business. Today, as the leader of Resideo’s Premier Pro Partner Program, he leverages real-world experience to help companies achieve their goals through program development, training, and the sharing of best business practices.

Don Morrow
Founder/CEO – Highland Tech
Don Morrow is the Founder and CEO of HighlandTech, an AI automation agency that builds domain-specific AI Agents designed to function as outcome-driven digital workers. HighlandTech focuses on vertical AI solutions that eliminate operational friction and deliver measurable ROI for businesses. Don is also the creator of Electra, an Agent Operating System and emerging agent marketplace. Electra’s first Vertical Agent is a Customer Success Agent purpose-built for physical security integrators, designed to automate high-friction workflows and improve service outcomes across the customer lifecycle. With over a decade of experience in enterprise and cloud sales leadership at Honeywell and Brivo, Don brings a practical, operator-first approach to AI adoption. He is a Board Advisor for Security Technology and Artificial Intelligence at LifeSafetyAlliance.org and hosts the podcast AI PHYSEC TODAY, where he explores how AI is reshaping the physical security industry. Don holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and a certification in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Professional Education. Holly Borgmann
Vice President, Government Affairs – ADT
Holly Borgmann currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs for ADT, a provider of electronic security, home automation, and alarm monitoring services. Holly has advocated for and successfully enacted meaningful legislative and regulatory changes at the state and federal levels to help clear the way for increased adoption of new technology in homes and businesses. Holly spends much of her time focused on public safety policy, data privacy, data security, and other tech issues. A leader in the security industry, Holly serves on a number of boards dedicated to advancing public safety initiatives and other industry priorities. Holly has been recognized for her contributions to the industry, winning the Security Systems News’ 20 Under 40 award in 2015, the Security Industry Association’s Statesman Award in 2017, and was named one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech in 2019 and earned a place on the Security Industry Association’s Women in Security Power 100 list in 2023. She was also named to Florida Trend Magazine’s Florida 500 list in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and in 2024, was awarded the Electronic Security Association’s Sara E. Jackson Award in recognition for her work leading the organization’s Government Affairs committee, and the Security Industry Association’s Chair’s Award in 20025. Brian Robertson
Director, Licensing & Compliance – Comcast/Xfinity Home
Brian Robertson brings nearly 40 years of experience shaping the electronic security industry. Throughout his career—including leadership roles with two of the nation’s largest security organizations—he has been dedicated to elevating operational excellence and strengthening the integrity of the industry. As Director of Connectivity Operations, Licensing & Compliance for Comcast / Xfinity Home, Brian leads efforts that improve system reliability, streamline compliance, and advance best-practice standards across a large national footprint. A long-time contributor to ESA, Brian has spent more than a decade serving on the Education, Codes & Standards, and Governmental Affairs committees. His work has supported impactful advocacy, strengthened industry standards, and helped develop the next generation of security professionals. Colleagues know him as a collaborative leader who brings a practical, customer-focused approach to solving complex challenges and driving industry progress.
In accordance with ESA Bylaws, the three (3) Integrator Director, one (1) Associate Member Director, and one (1) National Member Director positions were open for nomination and election to the ESA Board of Directors for two-year terms. The Leadership Identification & Nomination Committee (Nominating Committee) is charged with identifying, recruiting, and reviewing eligible candidates.
