ESA Leadership Summit Announces Dennis Snow as General Session Speaker Session will focus on promoting successful and beneficial employee behavior Irving, Texas (September 18, 2015) — The Electronic Security Association (ESA) is pleased to announce that Dennis Snow, former Walt Disney World Company executive will headline the Tuesday morning general session at the ESA Leadership Summit slated for Jan. 31 – Feb. 3 in Chandler, Ariz. Snow spent 20 years with the Walt Disney Company, developing his passion for service excellence and the experience he brings to the worldwide speaking and consulting he does today. Snow launched a division of the Disney Institute responsible for consulting with some of the world’s largest companies including ExxonMobil, AT&T, General Motors and Coca Cola. He also spent several years with the Disney University, teaching corporate philosophy and business practices to cast members and the leadership team. While there, he coordinated the Disney Traditions program which is universally recognized as a benchmark in corporate training. In his last year with Walt Disney World, Dennis’ leadership performance was ranked in the top 3% of the company’s leadership team. As keynote speaker, Snow will present on “Performance Excellence – The Employee Factor.†Snow says the number one reason customers become disenchanted with an organization is employee’s poor attitudes and indifference. He will talk on how to avoid that by “engaging the heart†of employees in a way that customers can see, hear and feel in every interaction with an organization. Snow will explain ways to identify employee behaviors that align with the organization’s mission, employee selection, training and communication processes that reflect the organization’s values, and internal processes that support and engrain customer service-oriented behaviors.
