I hope by now you have heard ESA’s National Training School announcement that certifications will now be valid for 24 months rather than 12. This means that when you renew your certification, the expiry date will be set to 24 months rather than 12.The crucial requirement of participating in continuous learning activities will remain the same, but after the two years expire you will submit 24 hours of approved CEUs rather than 12. Another change that will be implemented January 1st, 2016 is the renewal fee for ESA members will change to $70 in order to reflect the additional year of certification. For more information about changes to the certification program please view the NTS Certifications webpage.
