What’s in it for me?
We’re striving for record-setting membership engagement in 2024. You can help ESA, become an engaged volunteer of the association and win great prizes with our new membership campaign! ESA will give away raffle prizes, cash — and for volunteers who raise $15,000 in campaign credits or more an all-inclusive Caribbean vacation for two.
The Big Trip
Join ESA Leaders on a four night trip to a to-be-determined Caribbean all-inclusive resort in September 2024. Spend quality time with the industry’s leading minds — and there is plenty of time to do your own thing, too. The Big Trip will include airfare allotments and accommodations.

At the end of the campaign we’ll total your overall production as a volunteer. If your total goal is met, you’ll have the option to gift credits to another volunteer or “cash in” your credits for a gift card
- $2,500 – $75 gift card
- $5,000 – $150 gift card
- $7,500 – $225 gift card
- $10,000 – $300 gift card
- $15,000 – Big Trip OR $450 gift card
How to Earn Campaign Credits
You can earn campaign credits (1 for every dollar sold), by selling:

ESX EXECUTIVE AND DELUXE REGISTRATIONS
ESA PRINT AND WEB ADVERTISING
Rules
All credits are based on NEW purchases. (i.e. If someone registered for ESX last year you would not get credit for their registration, but if they registered last year and bought two passes this year, you would get credit for the upgrade or second pass).
A campaign volunteer cannot claim credits for membership, advertising, or sponsorships from his/her own company (unless investment is an upgrade from historical investment).
Prizes are awarded at the end of the contest based on the level achieved in total throughout the campaign.
Credits are applied once full payment is made.
