ESA Announces Holly Borgmann as the 2026 Stan Martin Excellence in Advocacy Award Recipient

The Electronic Security Association (ESA) is proud to recognize Holly Borgmann, Vice President of Government Affairs at ADT, as the 2026 recipient of the Stan Martin Excellence in Advocacy Award.  

Borgmann is being honored for her exceptional leadership in defending the electronic security and life safety industry against harmful legislation while advancing thoughtful, pro-industry policy solutions. She has been instrumental in identifying and pushing back on proposals that would create unnecessary risk, operational burdens, or unintended consequences for security providers, all while maintaining a strong focus on protecting public safety. Her ability to navigate complex legislative environments and deliver meaningful outcomes has made a measurable impact across multiple states.
