"I think a lot of the smaller companies think they can’t make a difference because of their size,†he said. "I want to work with them and show them that they really can make a difference, especially at the local level. I also understand larger companies, and the kind of things they need to take away from their membership. But if we can somehow motivate the smaller companies, it’ll grow the association.The four newly elected officers are: Roy Pollack – elected to one-year term as Vice PresidentMarshall Marinace – re-elected to two-year term as Vice President Robert Michel – elected to two-year term as Vice PresidentBill Cooper – re-elected to two-year term as Secretary Pollack is director of compliance for Devon Security Services Corp. in Hollywood, Fla. Sargent is Industry Liaison for ADT Security Services in Pleasanton, Calif., and Nelson is a Regional Director for Interlogix in Moorestown, N.J.The new terms begin on July 1, 2012. The current president, Charles A.
