"The professional groups are designed for the sharing of best practices, discussion of industry-related issues and improve networking, and the members of our group are taking advantage of those opportunities.”Issues discussed as potential topics for future EMP programming include the effect of Obamacare on small businesses, how to improve your company’s culture for employees and owners, and how to best work an event or tradeshow and maximize your company’s presence."We heard from multiple attendees that the economy and government involvement is something they’re increasingly focused on, from health insurance to the fiscal cliff and more,” says Harn. Irving, Texas (March 13, 2013) "” Members of the Electronic Security Association's (ESA) Executive Management Professionals (EMPs) group held their inaugural meeting during the recently completed ESA Leadership Summit to discuss new initiatives and programming for members.

The group, which is comprised of professionals charged with the strategic and financial leadership of electronic security integration and monitoring companies, met to review the results of their recently fielded research, the "Executive Management Priorities Survey," plan new research and programming for the year, and discuss shared issues members are facing.
