Powell, an expert consultant and facilitator with more than 18 years of experience conducting high-impact leadership seminars, will focus on how businesses can adapt to the changing times and position their teams for growth. During the session, he will share his effective change management techniques. In addition, attendees will be provided with a copy of his proprietary ‘change curve’ model, along with a step-by-step process for using the model to formulate agreements on how the team will most effectively embrace and drive change.
