ESA Appoints Maria Malice to SIAC Board of Directors

The Electronic Security Association (ESA) has appointed Maria Malice as its representative to the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC) Board of Directors. Malice will replace John D. Malice will replace John D. "Maria and her employer, COPS Monitoring, have demonstrated a real commitment to our industry and the customers we protect.” Maria serves as Vice President of Special Projects for COPS Monitoring based in Scottsdale, Ariz. She is currently the President of the Arizona Alarm Association, where she has served as a board member since 1992."I have known and worked with Maria for many years,” said Knox. "She is an innovative leader and tireless worker who has worked successfully in collaboration with our largest members and smaller independent alarm companies.”"Maria’s work in Arizona, such as implementation of our model ordinance in numerous local agencies as well as other innovative programs, has led to dramatic decreases in unnecessary calls for service while preserving police response and building strong relationships with law enforcement,” said Martin.
