Regular Members

Any business entity that provides installation, repair and/or monitoring of electronic life safety, security and/or integrated systems. More Info

National Company Members

Any business entity that provides installation, repair and/or monitoring of electronic life safety, security and/or integrated systems and has offices in fifteen (15) or more states. 

Associate Members

Any individual or business entity that is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, supplying, or selling products or services generally used by our regular or national members.

Affiliate Members

Any business entity that provides design, installation, service and/or monitoring of electronic security systems for its own use and not to either the general public or to members is eligible for membership. More Info

Allied Members

Any business entity that provides design, installation, service and/or monitoring of electronic security systems for its own use and not to either the general public or to members is eligible for membership. More Info

Individual Members

Any individual or organization that does not qualify as a member under any other membership category, but has the ability to contribute significant value or expertise to the industry. More Info

REGULAR MEMBERS

Any business entity that provides installation, repair and/or monitoring of electronic life safety, security and/or integrated systems is eligible for regular membership. Dues payments are dependent upon the number of employees and the state in which you do business. If your company is headquartered in a state with a Chartered Chapter, your dues will include the Chartered Chapter dues as well. View Charter Chapter dues for your state. If your state is not listed here, only national dues will be applied to your membership fee.

If you wish to join in multiple states, your dues invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

NATIONAL COMPANY MEMBERS

Any business entity that provides installation, repair and/or monitoring of electronic life safety, security and/or integrated systems — and has offices in fifteen (15) or more states — is eligible for national company membership. National companies must maintain membership in at least 51% of those states where a Chartered Chapter exists, and has a branch location in one of these states.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Any individual or business entity that is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, supplying, or selling products or services generally used by the regular or national members is eligible for associate membership. Dues for associate members are based on company revenues.

AFFILIATE MEMBERS

ALLIED MEMBERS

Any individual or organization that does not qualify as a member under any other membership category, but has the ability to contribute significant value or expertise to the industry is eligible for the allied membership. For example, subject matter experts who are not eligible as associate or regular members may be qualified. Certain consultants who do not offer their services to regular members and chartered chapter contractors or staff may also be qualified.

Allied Company dues are fixed at $100 per year.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS

Any individual who is not currently employed by a company that fits the description of a regular, national, associate, affiliate or allied member company and does not have a product or service to offer to the industry, but fits into one of the following categories:

Public Safety Member: May be any individual who is a current employee of the police or fire department of any governmental organization. Annual dues are $25. Must provide credentials that verify eligibility.

Professional Member: May be any professional such as an architect, specifying engineer or consultant that does not otherwise qualify for membership under any other membership category, but has the capability of contributing significant value or expertise to the industry. Annual dues are $150. Must provide credentials that verify eligibility as a professional member.

Student Member: May be any individual enrolled in high school (must be 18 years of age), or in a community college, college or university, or trade school and actively pursuing a degree and able to provide valid documentation of enrollment. Annual dues are $50. Must provide valid student ID to verify eligibility.

Occupational Member: May be any individual who has already graduated high school, college or a technical school and/or who is interested in a career in the industry. Annual dues are $150. May not be currently employed by an eligible member or be eligible as a regular member.

All regular and national members will receive a $100 rebate on their first ESA NTS course. To claim your $100.00 REBATE, simply send in a copy of the NTS Certificate of Course Completion to Mike Hampton. One rebate per company.
