Some of the most important issues that our members confront, are ordinances at the local level — especially when it comes to false alarms and public safety response to alarms in general.

ESA is engaged as an advocate for the industry at all levels of government and as such, it works closely with and supports the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC) — a leader in the industry on alarm management issues.
