The ESA Leadership Summit Announces Matthew H. Meade as Seminar Speaker Meade to Talk Cyber Security at 2016 Leadership Summit in February Irving, Texas (January 5, 2016) — The Electronic Security Association (ESA) is pleased to announce that cyber security expert Matthew H. Meade will speak at the ESA Leadership Summit slated for Jan. 31 – Feb. 3 in Chandler, Ariz. Meade will be speaking at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2 about data security, how it affects security professionals and what they need to know to be prepared for data security challenges. Meade is an attorney with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and is co-chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Protection Group where he provides advice regarding data security breaches, information and records management and other areas regarding privacy. He helps clients identify business risks associated with the use and storage of sensitive information. Meade regularly advises clients on security breach notification laws and other U.S. state and federal data security requirements, including laws regarding disposal of records. Meade drafts agreements addressing issues related to data use, privacy and security. He also has prepared document retention and management policies and developed associated training programs.
