The Electronic Security Association Has Released a Robust Employee Recruiting & Retention Toolkit ESA Members Now Have an Additional Member Benefit to Utilize in Streamlining their Employee Recruiting and Retention Efforts Irving, Texas (August 6, 2015) — Recruiting talent is a serious challenge for security companies and will continue to be a challenge for the foreseeable future as our country struggles with a shortage of skilled workers. The Electronic Security Association’s (ESA) newest member benefit delivers the tools that security dealers need to succeed in recruiting and retaining quality employees in an increasingly competitive environment. ESA is proud to unveil its new dealer toolkit for ESA members as part of an overall workforce development initiative the association has undertaken. The toolkit is chalk full of easy to implement resources for members that take the hard work out of developing employee retention and recruitment programs. Within the toolkit ESA members will find advice on where to look for talented new candidates, compensation benchmarking data, an exciting industry recruitment video that can be used on their website and at job fairs etc., as well as useful information pertaining to company offered benefits and bonus programs. “ESA continues to raise the bar and provide valuable resources for our member companies,” said ESA Executive Director & CEO Merlin Guilbeau. “Our Industry Advisory Group (IAG) requested that the association address the workforce challenges that our members are facing and I’m very proud of the product we have developed and will continue to build upon moving forward.
